Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

About a week ago in Afghanastan. Chad Clements humvee hit a IED and 3 others were killed. He is the second man to die in my town in 4 yrs. Sad for a town of 40k. I knew who he was in passing but thats it.
Kit & I will have a Patriot Gaurd misssion on Sunday. It will be my 5th and her 4th.
His escort went by a house I was working on. Must have been a mile long of Sherriff cars, State police, PGR, etc. I never tear up when a hearse goes by but this was different.......

It's always a sad day when we lose someone who is fighting for us. God bless him and all the others.

Stand tall for him. He has given the ultimate sacrifice so that we have the right to be there. Will be with you in spirit!! Funeral missions are always sad, but it's even worse when its a young soldier with their life ahead of them.
Prayers for his family and friends.

Watched this movie yesterday....well worth the 78 minutes. It's available on DVD.
