If anyone needs a place to crash, either, or both nights I have a spare room in my detached garage. I live in Greenwood, which is about 45 minutes north of Bloomington. I'll be riding down Saturday morning for the day, and probably back home Sat night after the ride.
I'll even leave my car out that night so you can park the Valk in the garage. It's not 5 -star or anything... but the price is right, and the company is reported to be good.
Let me know somehow.

Looks like some of us are staying sat in Jasper at the Day Inn. They used to have a really good Chinese buffet restaurant at that hotel, but that was when we lived there 13 years ago. A lot could've changed since then. If you're up for some good German food, try the Schnitzelbank restaurant (aka the Schnitz) in Jasper. |
