Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.

Hi All,

I am part of the local Emergency Operations Centre communications group.
We have an annual open house tomorrow and I am going to display/demonstrate my Phat Black Lady. I am wanting to demonstrate the CB function in communicating with the Centre.

I have an extra PC stereo headset and I have purchased a 5 pin plug. I am going to solder up a headset that does not require a helmet.

Has anyone mapped the 5 pins to their respective functions?
I see (from the wiring diagram) Mic Shield, Mic,  Right , Left, Common.
I just do not know which is on which pin. I searched the archives but had no luck.

Best regards,

Glenn

Well I built it, and it works perfectly!  Consider the diagram 'vouched for'.

Thanks again RP!

Glad to help.  As Red Green says, we're all in this together.
