I had a siezure of my cam to my left head the other day, need to know if anyone has a left head assy, or if anyone has had a repair of these parts be successful.  The front bearing journal scored to the head on only the front half, from the oil port rearward looks un hurt.  Part of the fused metal went out through the seal and the spray of oil alerted me to problems, causing a quick shut down of the motor.  I think the rest of the head and cam support are relatively sound.  Looking for suggestions and parts, need the bike back under me, I know ya'll understand that part.

You could have more problems than you realize.  As these are interference engines, you could have had a collision between the valves & pistons on that side.
Good Luck.
Oh, these people very often have complete heads for sale.

thanks for the link, I will try them.  Actually the motor still runs well, no bad sounds, just peeing out oil from the cam seal.  Inspected the journal and find grooving of about 1/16 inch at front journal on head half, grooving of roughly 25-30 thousanths into cam shaft.  Shaft material came through the seal allowing leakage to be evident.

I use dino juice, parts store brand 20w50.  Not real picky, I use what I can get cheap.  I haven't found a good explanation for what happened.  I only have 142k on this bike, didn't expect any problems, no warning signs have shown up till the oil came out of the timing cover.
