IS IT-------
CELL PHONE STUCK IN H IS EAR...
OR THE RADIO...
OR THE GPS MONITOR....
OR NOT TALKING...
OR WATCHING A CAR VIDEO.....
OR CHANGING CD's..
OR DRINKING A CUP OF COFFEE...
OR EATING A HAMBURGER....

 

HECK NO!!!
