Buzzing frnt frame cross bolt

I had the dreaded front frame cross bolt buzz (DFFCBB), rather then tightening the snot out of it I pulled it out and coated it with a thin layer of silicon black gasket material (when it cures it will be like having a coating of rubber on the bolt) replaced the bolt , torqued it to factory specs, problem solved

DFFCBB, that's a new one to me but I do have a strange buzz since I put my bike back together this spring but it seems more like the rear. Which bolt is the DFFCBB?
