Anyone ever been here for Delmarva bike week?? Last year, we had over 125,000 motorcycles. I think 8 were valks. lol  I saw very little turnout. Only 3 that actually recognized my bike for what it is, out of the possible 8 I had seen over the 4 days it ran. 90% harleys, 9% metric and 1% crap. but, its fun, great rides and pretty cheap compared to alot of places. go to the official website, www.delmarvabikeweek.com and check it out. Not as wild as daytona and not as much a police state as myrtle beach. better than wildwood tho. If there were going to be a decent turnout...I might be able to offer a small cookin, metup here at my house which can hold up to 50 motorcycles and a huge back yard/deck for entertaining...also a shop with lifts if someone broke something.

Sure would be nice to have a parade of valks cruise thru Ocean city and shake the earth while the harley guys are sitting around drinking...lol

of course, we could always HARASS a few on the road...   Wink

I'll be there, I went last year and only saw one other Valk on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry on the way down. I went to Myrtle last year and Delmarva is alot more biker friendly IMHO.  It was a blast.

Hey Dogg,

Can not make it this year...I will be hitting Wildwood this weekend. I know it is lame...I will be riding the next 3 weekends and well I promised the Mrs, I would be staying local this weekend...I will be Virginia Beach the last weekend of September at least Saturday night. The second night for the three day ride...will be heading thru Berlin on the way home, staying away from 1 and 13 on the ride home that Sunday bc the NASCAR guys will be in Dover...You are welcomed to join us as we ride thru if you are available...

Don't know if I can get off work yet.  Not looking good as I had two more mechanics leave this week.  If I can get off I may ride the trike down Saturday.

I'll be coming down with several friends, one who also has a Valk.  Im only coming down overnight Thursday to Friday.  Love to see your bike in person Dogg.  I was also planning on riding down to Wildwood since its in my backyard, but the forecast pretty much sucks except for Sunday.  Maybe it will change.

I am directly across the street in the big, ugly grey house with the wrap around porch. driveway is on the left. Ill have a sign posted out front plus a few others will be here from jackson township. Hope to see ya. stop by:D
