I checked the product review area and didn't see any comments on the Saddlemen saddles.

I am considering a seat for my 99 Interstate sometime and those look like nice seats.

Does anybody have any experience with them?

I purchased a Saddlemen seat last year for my 98 Valk standard and I think that it is a great seat for the money.
I sold my Corbin set for $300 and bought the Saddlemen for $180 from JC Whitney (no tax and free shipping). The Corbin seemed too hard and only allowed you to stay in one position. The Saddlemen Explorer sits far lower, allows for some front to back movement, and is a gel seat.
Like I said: GREAT SEAT FOR THE MONEY!!!

Although on my 2000 I/S, I have had my OEM reupholstered, reshaped, and refoamed by Sargent Saddles Inc. This is also a great seat and I highly reccommend them as a very satisfied customer also.

I searched on JC Whitney and man those seats are much more expensive now.  Am I looking at the wrong thing?

JC Whitney sometimes has better on-line prices.

Always call about any sale or shipping specials.

Their catalogs sometimes contain coupons that have date and product codes;.....use them!

I saw the seat in the catalog, but the on-line price was cheaper. I also had a coupon for free shipping. I called their customer service line and made my inquiries and then asked to speak to a supervisor just for clarification and verification. And,...Voila! I got an even better deal! So find your best deal (catalog or online) and try using a little sales logic (like saying "DLP has a lower price, can beat that price?").  My wife thought me that trick!
