Cheesy I'm thinking about having a wrench party at my house here in SA. on Sunday Oct. 3  about 12:00 noonish  ....  I have alot of tools , BUT no lift  tickedoff ...  I have to do some minor maintain work on my bike air filter and fluids flush and Curtis is coming over to do the air filter swap on his and rear drive gear oil change ....  so WHY not make it a day and tinker  uglystupid2  ....  AND I'll be making some of Old Geezer's three alarm chili , none of that false alarm stuff  and Mrs. Geezer ( Lisa ) will be making two types of corn bread also  ....  its not hot just alittle spicey , San Antonio style  ....  so anybody interested in showing up , come on down ....  Most of the SA and Austin group know my home and cell number .... Lets get ready for Texas State ride in  cooldude .... Thanks the Geezer Grin

Hey Gezzer ... you still having your wrench party get-together tomorrow?  I'm new to the club, and a relative new Valk rider/owner.  Don't know much about the maintenance end of these bikes just yet, but sure willin' to help out where I can, and learn a few things.  If you don't mind, let me know.  I'll be coming from Austin.

Is this the John we met in Blanco last Sunday? Goose and I will be riding from Austin tomorrow possibly via Wimberly to keep the ride interesting. Pat 512-731-3006

Hey Pat.  Yup, it's the same John.  Don't know that I can offer up to much of anything when it comes to Valk maintenance but I was hoping I might learn a few things.  I'll give you a call here in a bit to see which way your headed.  I'm guessing you and Goose are going to Gezzers too?  If so, maybe I could tag along?

Hey Old Geezer, had a good time today cooldude meeting you and a few fellow Valkers.  For me it was interesting to learn more about the everyday Valk maintenance needs.  As soon as I get all the photos downloaded I'll send them on.  For now, thanks for all your hospitality (the chile was fantastic!), and thanks to Lisa for putting up with us.
