Spotted one parked when I got into town just before Noon.  Didn't see anyone around it and it was gone after I had lunch.  Don't know if it was the same one, but spotter another Black IS in Ouray, CO later in the day.

If you are from out of state, I hope you enjoyed your ride.  Beautiful day here today. cooldude
