What an idiot.  Hopefully he damaged his testicles bad enough to not be able to reproduce!

My old boss witnessed a similar situation along hwy 35 near Alma WI. Several years back.  Although, I don't think they survived.  Both rider and passenger weren’t wearing helmets; hit the back end of a mini van also.
