So....The investor testifies before Congress that he invested $140k with Goldline.  Within a year of purchase, he goes to cash in his "gold" and its value is like, $80K.  It turn out that it will take him 16 years to break even.  These are standard contracts that thousands have cashed in 401's to purchase.  First, get a great big bowl of angry soup that is served up daily-piping hot at FOX.
Then.. receive Beck's gloom and doom message that until recently, was followed by him pushing Goldline (too much-even for Murdock).
Cash in all your investments at the lowest point of the cycle and take your tax penalties (in many cases) for early withdrawal, then invest out of fear into this scam.
If you're going to buy Gold, buy pure gold and keep an eye on it (so far so good).  When people feel the economy is coming back, gold will quickly adjust downward nailing you coming and going and all the way in-between.

Gold will only be pretty. It wont help you eat.
Its artifically inflated. WHEN the economy comes back it will go back to 650/750.
The gold fields were played out 150 years ago. The erosion and natural processes have brought it back to the surface, somewhat. If it was that important there would be another rush.
I was in the Sierras and panned some out in the late 90's. It wasnt tough. It also didnt pay enough to make it more than a hobby. I dont believe I'll get financial advise from a paid informant.
