I had to vacuum the house today and to reward myself, I decided to use the grill once more before the cold North winds blow...I'm no Chef, but I did stay at a Microtel Inn a few times...  ....No wonder I'm a "Fat Boy"!!....  |

HEY SS, Don't put that grill away.......................We grill all winter long in Minnesota. when it gets down to -10 and below we break out the Webber. T.P.

Now there's a man that knows how to reward himself good lookin steak done just right It was a sweet piece of New York Strip....it was cooked medium rare....hot and pink in the middle .....just like I like my...well, you know!....  Only cost $6.65 at Publix....may have had $10 in this meal.... |

Dang that looks good but don't put that grill away too soon. Cut a venison backstrap in 10" lengths and marinade it overnight in Italian dressing. Then wrap it in bacon and cook it on the grill in the dead of winter. Pull it off the heat while the center is still rare. Oh Yeah. Most sweet! Winter time grilling is best done when you won't need to drive afterwards if you get my drift!  |

Simvistatin keeps my cholesterol in the 140's...... I take the same stuff but is doesn't make a dent in mine. It brought mine down from around 210 to the 140's.......and a heart cath procedure in early 2009 showed that my "pipes" were clean...... |

OK. I see where you knocked his horns off and wiped his @$$, but why didn't you get a pick AFTER you grilled it?
Seriously, I think a little CPR might have brought it back around.
I do like some pink meat, just not off a cow.

Quick education on steaks That particular cut you had is a KC Strip - if it had tasted a bit foul then it would have been a new york strip Good lookin piece of meat there! |

I grill all winter long too, but I'm in Florida  however I remember grill in the great white north of Orygun when it was too cold for the brickettes! |
