MarioMoto gearbox mod

Anyone in North America able to get a hold of and install the MarioMoto gearbox modification?
The reviews seems intoxicating!

Thanks Black Dog! I was hoping I wasn't going to have to do the swap. I love my Valk but like y'all am
always on the lookout for more. I Enjoy blowing the handlebars off rude Harley rider's bikes (non-wavers who wanna race). Solo HD guys who I beat easily with my wife on as a passenger.

I bought a 2000 IS that has the mario gears already installed,4th & 5th gear are vary tall gears with no sincros so it shifts a little hard ,but I really like it,its like having  a 6th gear .when I am taching 3000 rpm in 5th Iam doing 90 mph,way diferent than my valk. standard was .I also just went to the darkside and love my Yokahama 205\55\r16 it handles like MT.

u can also use the gear set from a 1997-2000 Goldwing.
I've posted the ratios in other posts. basically valkyrie 4th is 1:1 and 5th is OD, GW 4th and 5th or OD.  I tend to remember that is is approx a 500 rpm difference in 5th

I did several Mario installs.
Valkyries have constant mesh transmissions, they don't have "syhchro's". the gears are always meshed. The mario gears have a different cut thats why they are so loud, and clunky.

I emailed Mario back in June.
Got a response from Sil saying that the cost would be 800 euros (shipping included).

That's about $1117 at today's exchange rate.
Still steep.

Yeah, its pretty pricey.

Lets see at 1100 how long would it take to realize any fuel savings? Probably longer than you will own the bike and considering some have 200k on their bikes I wouldn't say that its a real good upgrade.

If it worked as we all would like it to-that is, with a true overdrive for cruising with no loss of power or performance-the price would not bother me too bad. I understand that a manuafacturer needs to recoup their investment in R&D. I think I am going to just have to be content with 4K rpm on the super slab...
