The October meeting will be Thursday Oct 14. The floor is open for suggestions as to the location.
Top order of business will be the vote to fill the leadership vacancy created by Godfire's relocation.

Since there is no official bylaw as to how to proceed, there are a couple of possibilities.

First option is to elect a new president for the remainder of Godfire's term, the second option is vote to fill the vacancy by moving me into the white house and elect a new VP.

Again the floor is open and discussion is welcome.

redneck heaven would be great for the start or end of a ride but horrible for a meeting

We haven't done anything on that side of town for awhile.  Cry   Sounds  like a plan!

Anybody else know of a place over there to suggest or recommend?  Smiley

Landmark Grill has a room if it is available and the food is good and the price is reasonable.  Food is cooked on a wood fire grill.  I would be happy to set it up if you like.
