Are there any kind of lowers available for our Valks that are adjustable....ie, that will pivot to allow for air flow adjustments?

If so, where can you get them?

These are adjustable.  The Lexan deflectors are mounted to square tubing.  The square tubing slips over round bar and can be adjusted in and out.  They can minimally be adjusted up and down.  I found them to be a bit small, so I traced and extended the bottom of the lowers on pieces of Lexan (from Home Depot) and found that a few inches longer  made a big difference.
