Sedona and Flagstaff just got hammered with massive storms including 4 tornadoes. However the next week is suppose to be clear and cool. Morning lows might be in the 40's and Flagstaff could be below freezing. Last night's low at the Grand Canyon was 23. I just checked and I was a bit off. here's the forcast. http://weather.aol.com/forecast/todays/usa/arizona/sedona/id/86341

Oss & Bonnie,
Hope you enjoy your trip. After the weather we've had this past week I would put the top down and let your hair fly. Take plenty of pics for us to see. It is on my list of states to visit someday.

Bonnie and Oss y'all have fun in the dry climate over there. It is a good time of year to be visiting Arizona. Heck, if I wasn't riding for the next 4 weekends, Arizona would be a good place to ride to from TEXAS. Y'all have fun and be safe. Hay Jimmyt

I prefer the Farm Animals.
They don't wake up one morning and decide to take half your stuff.

OSS, Sedona is great along with Jerome and Flagstaff. We were there in May and i can't wait to go back. I plan on making it there some day on the Valk. Like others said some really nice roads out there. Ps I heard the road from Prescott to Jerome is very nice also.

I have been there and I agree with the majority. the weather will be great. visibility will approach 100 miles and the sky will be blue as blue is blue in a blue sky. Jerome was one of my favorites. Someone out there should provide you with a Valk. Your lucky to have the chance. (you may not leave!)

While Sedona itself is neat, Slide Rock is about 5 miles north in Oak Creek Canyon And the church in the rock is a few miles to the south. Lots of stuff to see in the area. -RP

Being that close to one of the 7 wonders of the world you should take a hike down the Bright Angel trail to Phantom Ranch, spend the night and hike out the next morning.
Lived in AZ for 12 years and hiked the spectacular Grand Canyon 7 times and flew in my Helo twice.
Best hike their was hiking out with a couple of British birds just behind a German tourist in a skimpy bikini.
We stayed at a place on the southside of Sedona on the west side of the main highway that had the most powerful Jetted Tub ever, totally relaxing was called Paco something or another.
Enjoy!

While you're there, go hike the West fork of Oak Creek. It's a short drive up Oak Creek with a small fee. Take your camera. It's a good sneaker hike. Heavy boots not needed.
