please no more BBQ pics, I'm stuck in this 18 wheeler and all I can cook up is loyds in a tub or some hormel compleats. I've seen guys that have a motorcycle tucked up under the side or on the catwalk, but I haven't seen anyone with a propane grill yet. (thats because there are federal regs against having propane and propane accessories in a comercial vehicle) tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff

Wrap some meat, potatoes, and onions in several layers of aluminum foil and toss it on top of the engine about 50 miles from where you'll be stopping for the night......kinda like a campfire meal..... cooldude

  I use to carry a portable charcoal grill with me, I have cooked in pickle parks and truck stops a lot of times.-------got lots of comments on smells and looks----also questions on cooking .----also had a contact grill when it was raining ,and a microwave for quicky meals------ cooldude

Camp stoves work on a kerosene or light fuel you could use one of those. Man if I were in a truck as much as you I would want a break and a barbecue sounds just like the trick
