Nice pics Bob.  I'm glad that DEv'l is enjoying the Spyder.
I wanted to make Michigan for the color this year but seems like the time went too fast.  Beautiful color as usual.

Whitefish Point Lighthouse has always been my favorite, along with the museum.  The ride from there to Newberry is great too.

Wow...great pics!  I'm sure you guys had good reason for wearing those jackets, but it looks like you got to shed them later in the day.

Thanks for sharing the photos.

Great ride report Bob.  We were in the UP last weekend too, just at the other end in Marquette,  It sure is pretty up there this time of year.

Yes I have been blessed with a somewhat quick healing of the leg...not 100% by any means but good enough to get some miles in...Buying Devl that Can-am Spyder has also helped out alot...

Heading into Paradise on M-123...Lake Superior on the right and Tahquamenon River on the left....

Great riding weather cool mornings and warm afternoons....(at least for upper Michigan)...nothing I like better then running down a road with leaves blowing in your wake....crisp fresh air and friends to share it with...we rode about 230 miles that day I don't think we ever went over 65 mph light traffic and great scenic views with lots of color....
