As some of you know, I have been battling matasticised cancer for over six years now. My latest PET scan suggests that the detectable cancer in my lymphnodes has not only not spread but has reduced in size. I've always treated my fight with cancer as a war fought in individual battles. The key is to win the battles and, hopefully, win the war. This is a battle won.....not the war. Chemotherepy continues on Thursday and I will see all of my friends in Robbinsville on Friday. This is one of the places I come for strength. I reach out to my family, my immedate friends, and the brothers and sisters I have met on the road. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers....I think they may be working. This is the anthem that I live by... http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADRA_enUS387US388&q=tim+mcgraw

Congrats on a well fought war. Never give an inch. I am so happy for you, and also know the taste of victory, 6 years out of Prostate and 2 years out of Peridontal Mesothelioma. Dont you just love chemo. Still doing the CTs, lab and visits with the Oncologist. Just love it every time I hear of someone whipping Cancers ugly ass. My personal name for it is Spawn of the Devil, I cant stand it when someone embraces the desease and calls it their own. Never underestimate the power of prayer in these situations also. Attitude is everything, and sounds like you have got it just right.

I'm glad for ya.... It's always a better day when one of our VRCC family has a good turn of events in their life. I'll say a prayer for you and wish you continued progress on your way back to 100% healthy.
I hope to meet you one day at an event.
