Out on the Valk this beautiful afternoon and going down Woodward Ave in Ferndale, MI and going to make a right hand turn onto 9 Mile and there was a group of....mmmmm....aaaa..... "Peace Nazi's" on all 4 corners ove the Blvd....well 8 really. They all had signs about the War and Blah Blah Blah, and several of the signs said "Honk for Peace"

Well, I thought as I was closing on the corner, I DO like to honk....

So as I was rounding the corner, there was a group of them crowding the curb, including an older lady with one of the honk signs...

SOOOOO... I obliged her.....

The Stebel in the right hand pod was about 3-4 feet from her, (The one in the left pod was pointing the other way, and almost another 3 feet away) when I only gave her what she was asking for.........

I ONLY held the button for a second.... or two.... maybe more...

She was SOOO happy I honked , that she fell on the ground it what seemed to be rapture and kinda knocked several other people behind her down in her rush to show me her appreciation..

I was SOOO touched by her display, that I nearly fell over at the next light, because the laughter of happiness on seeing that sight almost made me pee my pants.....

Not a political post, I just like to make people happy.... and her sign DID say to honk. angel Evil

That might get you shot down here in a few places I know.  Someone here in my small town has a train horn on their pickup truck.  I occasionally hear it across town.   I think the cops frown on them a bit.

Wish I had one my bike, my little wolo air horn sounds wimpy compared to that!  Grin

I'm not that far from Daytona, where this jerk was blowing his horn. He comes to my neighborhood, and he will find a UFB (Unidentified Flying Brick) poking a hole through his window.  Angry

I know the value of a loud horn in an emergency. But in this case the guy is being an idiot. Makes you think of something the horn and the driver have in common: they both blow.  uglystupid2

The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. (Except Stupid - You can't fix that)

Met a guy at the Chip in 07, he had a train horn on his HD. It was awesome! He had to take it off his bike near the end of the week cause a few were gonna trash it. Saw him again the next year, still mounted on his bars.  cooldude
