sedona tuesday

we went down past the high school to a gravel road and as we walked past the locked gate across the road we saw 3 teens come up from the woods to the left They said if we followed a path, sort of, we could come to a stream and then a "beach" where we could see cool views of rocks. so we did
bonnie found the path before I did
then we had some terrific BBQ for dinner sorry I left the camera in the room but it was a bodacious meal

Glad youre enjoying yourselves. I just couldnt make it.
The rear wheel bearings are going and the Shadow, well, just isnt a Valk.
Thats one of the places where ya gotta get up and watch the sunrises.
Its worth it.

missed RP also but did have a nice lunch with Westernbiker on the 15th
Was great to be in your state and for sure you have some real gorgeous scenery on 179 and 89A that we got to enjoy and did a whole lot of hiking during the week we were there in Red Rock country.
Wish I had time to get out to the devil's highway. Maybe someday I will get out that way on my Valkyrie

We also have a "tail-o-the dragon" if'n your interested. From Safford to Show Low.
Its a great ride. Moreso going up than down I'm thinkin.
You could wear out a Valk if all you had was AZ,NM,CO,UT. and an unlimited time frame and recent lotto winnings.
blather,blather, blather.
