Look around your area for a trailer dealer.... one that sells landscape or utility trailers. If you get one of those and a wheel chock (like LA CHOCK or something similar) you can use the trailer for hauling your bike and then use it for hauling other things as well. Enclosed trailers are another option. If you don't care to buy and store a trailer, or have other uses for a trailer, U Haul rents motorcycle trailers (not sure of the specifics).

U Haul motorcycle trailers are local only, but i guess if you return it to the same dealer it would be local.

U haul local only means bring it back to where you rented it. Keeps you from dropping them all off in Florida for bike week. You can take it anywhere as long as you bring it back home at the end.
If you're going to do it often, buying would be cheaper than continously renting.

I did what pavalker sugested you do. I bought a utility trailer for around $500, then mounted a chock in the front of it. Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and plenty others sell them. You can also look around for used ones.

http://adventuresportsproducts.com/Those are cool, RJ! But for the price, you can't beat the utility trailer. My buddy Curt has one, only $600 or so with the wheel chock. Saved my butt a couple weeks back. Easy to load and unload too.

Get off and hook up the mounted straps , turn the air valve back and drive off. NO ramps to screw with, no trying to figure out what the 7734 I did with the straps... Besides, ya can't take that old moldy $$$$$ in your sock with ya. In less than 3 minutes time, I can roll up behind the trailer, load, tie down and drive off.
