I just wanted to take a moment and give a big THANK YOU to David and all the staff at Honda Direct Line. I've been buying parts and accessories from them for a very long time. I called today about two things: 1. a back-ordered item (supplier problem, not HDL), and 2. a receipt for a Progressive shock I ordered for my 1500 Wing that needs rebuilding and I lost the original receipt. After some searching in the system, David was able to find the original order, print it out, and fax a copy to me. Now to some, that might not sound too impressive. But when you consider my changing addresses and credit cards over the years, which is how they sort them, apparently I have about six different accounts

. But the even bigger consideration is that the receipt is dated 6/10/
2002. I call that damn good customer service.
