and the Valkyrie aint too bad neither

Well since Gman couldnt come and Bonzo was bailing out the kitchen from the flood it was up to me to put some miles on the Valkyrie this perfect fall day

went this way and that taking movies with the old Kodak on the tech mount, then over to Bear Mtn (more movies) over to 106 more movies then just when the sound of warplanes resounding thru the hills came thru I pulled over and went to camera mode

Decided to cross east of the Hudson and ride up toward Cold Spring Harbor but since it was a while since I went to Garrison I went up 9D to lower station road and took this pic from the train station and the marina. West Point is on the right across the river,  This is about the spot where Major Andre (think Benedict Arnold) crossed and was captured during the Revolutionary War.

Lots of reds so I took one of the Valk next to the reds

Coming home up the 9A hill (8degree hill) as I was greatly exceeding the limit I spotted the LEO and braked hard enough to avoid a speed award. It might of helped that I was able to use a car to my right to mask my braking. whew

Here are 3 short movies Sorry about the glare

first one is the goat trail from 9 up to Bear Mtn

next is 106 to route 17
Lots of red, orange and yellow leaves and a bunch of curves my favorite local road

last is 7 lakes from the palisades circle to the boat ramp on tiorati

Hope you enjoy a bit of my world

Beautiful ride.  Glad you didn't receive any special awards during your journey.

Great videos. Looks alot prettier in the daylight. A buddy and I used to ride that area after dark a few years back. Lots of fun.
