Hi,

I searched but got mixed results. I have just done the Ragner cut and she sounds alot sweeter.

Is shimming the needles necessary? It seems to run nice and I have read that people don't bother even after putting on Cobra's etc.

I plan on getting it fully tuned on the dyno down the track but Just want to be sure I am ok until that happens.

Any opinions appreciated.

shimming the needles is not necessary. leave the needles alone. if your going to do anything, then take out the stock 35 slow jets, and replace them with 38 slow jets.

It is if you have drilled out the front set of baffles also.  If the front baffles haven't been touched, then your all good.
