It depends upon what you want to use, Dino or synthetic.

With that many miles on the bike, if you have been using a Dino oil and have been happy with it and want to continue with Dino oil, then the 15W - 40 in the white jug is what you want. It's one of the best Dino oils on the market.

On the other hand, if you have been using synthetic oil and want to continue to do so, then you want the 5W - 40 synthetic in the blue jug.

Both oils are JASO approved for wet clutches & will serve you well.
