OK, first, i'd like to say thank you to Daniel Meyer....got the books....they'll make GREAT prizes!!!!!

I'd also like to mention that Sherrill Wright...from Rhome, GA....is coming to Cheaha. OK, that's not a "big" deal... he comes EVERY year. But he's bringing his son. OK, that too...isn't unusual....he's come many years. So...what's the big deal you ask? HOW COOL IS THIS. Not only is his son coming again....but....GET THIS...HE'S COMING ON HIS VERY OWN VALKYRIE!!!!!!!!  That's right, Sherrill's son now has his VERY OWN VALK. I don't know guys, i know it's dang cool when our WIVES get their own Valks. But think about your son....getting his own Valk...and joining you on an adventure. Now that, is COOL!

Last thing....i HAVE to do this. We're running out of time. The list of folks NOT PAID...is short....but i need to know if you are coming. SOME OF YOU, i know the check is in the mail...or...probably is. But...i HAVE to know the status....as we near time to print packets and then a bit later...get food. I WILL PROBABLY EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR SENDING IN YOUR MONEY....AND THE PRICE WILL STAY THE SAME (more on this later). But...I need to know the numbers...and...exactly who all to print a packet (with maps, name tag, tickets, etc.). So........IF YOU ARE ON THIS LIST WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT YET!. I know for some, things slip thru the cracks....or you forget....or???? I've added notes on possible explanations for payment delays...

David....i have nothing from them. Now, i'm human ....and it's POSSIBLE...i could have made a mistake? but....i don't think so. SHerry and i deliberately double check everything. One of us double checks everything the other one does. Unless Sherry got a check and didn't tell me about it...which is highly doubtful, we have received nothing from them.

bottom line, right now....they're on my list i'm tracking for not paid.........

could you give em' a jingle/email and check with em'?   cooldude

I'm saving my vacation time and $$ to try to make the Blue/Gray Ride...the Big Boss at work is thinking about putting us back on 5 day work weeks which will totally SCREW up my vacation time.... Sad

What you need Vacation time for?  Leave after work on Friday, return on Sunday.  Heck, you can always ride down on Saturday morning and save one room night.  Its not like Cheaha mountain is halfway across the country for you! 

AND...if you look around, you can probably find someone to share a room, or toss a bedroll on someones floor...

This is CHEAHA!

their EYESIGHT that is.... Grin....after showing my @ss last year, I'm not sure I could show my face around there again!!.... Cheesy.......

Really though, it's not about the vacation time in this case but more like the $$...by the time I paid for room/fees/gas/eating$$$/etc, etc. I'd probably be into it for a couple of hundred bucks....

I just got the hospital bill for my heart cath. from about 3 months ago and I'm going to have to spend my tax refund to pay that bill...I'm not sure the Dr's fees were included in that figure and call me foolish, but I just turned over a chance to make $400 this weekend to let two of my younger crewmembers at work get the overtime in since they both really need to make some extra $$ to pay for some things that blindsided them...I must be LOCO in the head(don't answer that Scooter) for giving up that "easy" money??.....I'll probably regret it later if I get another bill from the heart doctor.... Sad


OH, and last but not LEAST of All, Scott has already "stolen" one of the prettiest former single Ladies at Cheaha.....Joni?....I am always a day late and a dollar short...one less Lady to flirt with.... Cheesy

The list is growing smaller. Also, my appologies to TIM HALL. I had him on this list ealier IN ERROR. somehow, i lost the envelope his payment came in...and therefore didn't have him shown as paid on my list. BUT HE DEFINITELY PAID. My mistake Tim. I'll make it up to you up top. But...that's why we post this list...in case...you did send in the check and I made a mistake...or you forgot and this will jog your memory...or you did send it in...and somehow, it gets lost...etc.

Now.............those of you on THIS list.......GIT-R-DONE!!!!!!

also, still time to register/pay. I've extended the deadline to 15 April. Same price even!!!!!!!
