It was pretty slow.  But we caught a few.  This is my son and my sister with some of the catch...

Not much better than taking a youngster fishing. Looks like fun.

That Redfish is bigger than it looks in that pic too.  It was about 17".  Those flounders are both 18" fish too.

We caught 5 reds, 5 flounders and 5 grunts in less than an hour.

Anything with you, Jabba is Valk related. You embody the Valk lifestyle.
You call that slow? I call that catchin.  Try fishing here. Ya gotta drive 3 hours to get to enough water that MIGHT have a fish. Then stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest of Arizona for a scared little farm raised something that got dumped in yesterday.

Jabba,

I fished almost every weekend on the coast in NJ and you have more fish in three pictures than I was able to catch all season!

I love taking my boys fishing...6 and 7...they like it, I like having them with me. Win Win.

Ride on my friend...

It was slow everywhere except THAT morning.

We were fishing in an illegally man made lake from the 1940's that was just turned over to the State.  It's now part of a state park.

That lake is only fishable Friday thru Sunday.  ONLY with a youth.  And is catch and release only.

But the fish were fun.
