Where does one purchase it and where do you attach it. Have a whine when the CB is on, not real bad but after a while a little annoying. Thanks, Brett

The I/S has a filter on the alternator. Unless its bad. Its not listed on the HDL parts pages. I got one from someone that works on Valk alternators. I would have to look who that was. You have to pull the alternator to change it.

There was also a filter with the CB that goes inline with the radiator fan. Not sure you would get noise there unless fan is running. I ordered that filter from HDL. 08E95-MBY-10011
