If my spelling is off it's beacuse I can't read the words to double check.

Email  looks fine it's just graphic laden web sites that look weird. Google home page is fine as well.

Sounds like you video driver (or windows explorer) went on vacation for a little while.  9 times out of 10, these sort of things can be fixed by simply rebooting.  If that don't work, then you start digging.
