We have an invitation to ride in the Terrell Christmas Parade, Saturday, Dec. 11 at 10am.  I will do the leg work and the paper work, choose a place for lunch that day and an afternoon ride if there is any interest.  Three years ago we had a great turn out and a good day.  Two years ago we had four bikes attend and two of those were my family. Terrell is kind of like the bar on Cheers, everybody knows your name and I really don't want to do this if there is minimal interest.  Feedback is appreciated and we can make a decision based on interest. I'm thinking that might be a fine idea for the December ride.

This is a nice parade, short and unlike the one in Dublin, you don't have to dodge fresh fertilizer!   Grin

I will be doing some Santa gigs on that day (the reason I didn't make the two years ago) so can't make it again, but recommend it highly.

Sounds like fun, the parade should be over in plenty of time to get to a Christmas party in the afternoon.

I plan on being there for the parade. I am going to Dallas Friday to escort the kids with the Snowball Express to Mesquite Rodeo Arena. I am going to stay in Dallas Fri. night and i would like to hook up with anyone going from DFW Sat. morning.

Just sewed my new $100 White VRCC Colors to my vest, thus a great opportunity to display. Maybe some of the I-35E based riders can muster up and ride out in formation. Sounds like fun.

Wanted to move this back up to the top of the list to go along with the other information related to the 11 December Christmas ride in Terrell.

We had a great time on the 08 ride, can't seem to remember why we missed it last year.

Weather permitting, we'll be there, Doc.
