all crime, is a big fan of the death penalty, who would
never advise the president to give terrorists Miranda warnings and let them lawyer up, who would advise that all terrorists be tried solely by military tribunals (no civilian courts), who would advise that water boarding is
not torture and perfectly acceptable in a war zone to save American lives, who would advise that military interrogation techniques are highly classified national security matters that the US public has no right to ever hear about, who would advise that leakers of such classified information face courts martial and long stretches in Leavenworth, who would advise GITMO remain in business forever, who would advise that we laud Arizona and all other states who want to assist the Fed with illegal immigration enforcement (under a uniform set of policies), who would have advised against the appointment of both Sotomayor and Kagan as Supreme Court nominees as attorney general?
