Everyone in my Army Reserve unit is required to complete an annual physical-fitness test.  As my group neared the halfway point of our 2 ½ mile run last year, one of the monitors shouted, “It helps to focus on a point far out ahead of you!” “Yeah,” agreed one of our veterans, “Like my retirement.”
