You will need a rich mixture running thru the bike. Maybe choke it after it is warm.
And spark plugs in the end of the exhaust with a coil and wiring to fire the plugs.

That is how we did it in the old days.

Warning no warranty on this advise as to damage to anything.

I guess today you could  plumb in bottled gas and igniters in the exhaust.

Have fun and do not blow yourself up.

I seem to recall that, an exact like, tricked out Valkyrie was in a video posted on this forum a year or two back.

A search might reveal that thread again.

Here is a (the?) video of a Valk with flame-throwers.  Unfortunately, I do not know Mr. Trick Rick, nor how to contact him to find out how he did this.

I think he named the bike "Scorch" (if memory serves correctly).  Perhaps searching on that will turn something up for you.

I had flamethrowers on my bike ten years ago, before we knew better. It basically consists of an electronic box (you can purchase on-line), a switch, 2 coils and 2 sparkplugs installed in the exhaust. When you hit the switch, the electronic box cuts ignition to the cylinder and supplies ignition to the sparkplugs in the exhaust. The engine pumps the gas mixture into the exhaust where it is ignited. It would be a better trick if the engine continued to run, but it basically shuts down and restarts when you lift your finger off the button. I used to have fun with it as I was exiting the interstate onto an off-ramp, so I could get a nice 15 second burn, with the flames shooting out several feet. Lamont had problems with it damaging his engine, so I removed mine also.

I did the same thing.  I removed my flamethrowers when I heard Lamont's bike started smokin from damage to the cylinder walls.  Fortunately I only ran them for a short time.  Got a couple videos of the effect.  To really impress, you need to add a fuel system to the exhaust.  I believe for shows, the big fire blowers were using propane under plenty of pressure and an ignition system.  Pretty impressive, and fun for blowing off tailgaters - but don't let a cop see you doing it.  I imagine they would have fun figuring out how to throw the book at you.  Gotta think they would work assault with deadly weapons into the mix.
