I don't have them but was interested in them also. Check the archives for some info. I hunted through them awhile back and it seems almost everyone gave them the thumbs down. Some did like them because of the nice lope they give but nobody seemed to gain much horsepower (like 3 or 4 maybe). For me to throw down the coin and labor I'd need more like a 8-10 increase. Theoretically a larger cam should move the power band up the rpm scale and of course add some power. I'm not sure if the unhappy ones maybe lost a little low end torque and that is the gripe?

Like all mods, they would have to be part of an entire package. A friend of mine bought a Valk from a guy that had them installed as part of a complete workover. The original owner was of retirement age and shortly after having the work done, he developed a physical problem that prevented him from riding, had to do with equilibrium and such. He parked the bike, but eventually sold it to my friend after a few months. I ended up helping him replace the slow jets and cleaning the carbs, was plugged up from sitting. I took it for a spin afterward and scared the crap outa myself...is without a doubt the quickest/fastest Valk I've ever ridden except for one with a blower.

It had the cams installed, larger mains, needles, 6 deg. T/W, Jardine exhaust with crossover, K&N filter, and I forget what else but that's part of it. Then, it was run on the dyno numerous times to set the needles, pilots, etc.  It needed a backrest to literally keep you from sliding off the back. As part of a total package, they do work, this bike pulls like a banshee expecially midrange but the bottom end is scary.

You will have to pull your cams and send them in. They do not have cores anymore.
