I use a mild solution of Dawn dishwashing liquid. It is a good degreaser that is not so harsh as to discolor anything. If your seat is vinyl it may stay a little slick anyway according to the quality of the vinyl.

once they are clean try Doc Bailey's Leather Black.
Works great on seats, bags (not hard bags), even shoes (preferably black ones)
All this to be done when you guys are through fooling around with Dawn!

simple green is also a good degreaser....might try a diluted solution rather than full strength.

I realize the question was on 'how to remove the Armorall,' not about how a bottle of ArmorAll® Protectant Gel looks like on the store shelf, but just to comment on having used ArmorAll® myself, since by natural progression, the discussion has shifted to 'what's the best cleaner to use on motorbike seats.' Anyways, in my case, an application of ArmorAll® Protectant Gel didn't last too long on the seat. It was slightly slippery at first but wearing jeans the slipperiness wore off within a week and after another week, the gloss. I just had to try something, since there was nothing out there advertised for motorcycle seats. I'm thinking that the PO that you bought the seat from applied ArmorAll® for sales appeal. From my experience the seat shouldn't remain that slippery for long. Would I recommend ArmorAll® Protectant Gel?  Yes, for a bike show, but that's about all. Btw, the product is meant more for dashboards and the like. In fact, the literature plainly states:

 Where to Use:

 Dashboards
 Vinyl Seats
 Door Panels
 Consoles
 Tires/Trim
 Bumpers

Attention: Not for use on floors, pedals, grips, steering wheels....or cycle seats....cycle tires, brake drums and other surfaces where slipperiness may be hazardous.

I suppose someone actually tried this for it to make the label.

But that makes them shiny and the pads last longer.
