Following the Knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago I am now back to work today!!!!!!!  still not quite 100% but should be there soon.  Anxious for spring to come so I can ride !!!!!!!!

Keep doing the therapy at home or you won't be riding (safely) this summer.

My knee took almost 11 months to heal good.

Also, side note, you will never be able to get on that knee on the floor without pain if you do not have a pillow under it.    Don't bother asking how I know.
