Can you imagine most drivers out there having access to the non-controlled (ie no roads, stop signs, lights, pavement marking, etc.) skies?!?!?!  Shocked Shocked Shocked Most can barely navigate on a 12 foot wide strip layed out in front of them...
 
I'll take my chances on the highway thanks.
