Greetings!

We're planning on doing the usual New Year's Day ride to West of the Brazos in Damon, TX.  KSU 9:30 AM from the HEB gas pump area Hwy 59 S at Hwy 99 in Sugar Land. This invite is for anyone who wants to go, so feel free to pass it along.

We'll take the scenic route there (weather permitting!) Typically they have comp. black-eyed peas and cornbread. YuM-O! Until then, have a very safe and happy holiday season! Merry Christmas!

we did  that once! went to OKLA, (marietta) froze my hiney off! lost my phone, then spent hours riding the shoulder to find it(never did, but someone did and used it for  the internet and overseas calling!) oh, wound up eating at Pizza Hut(only thing open)
Captain Speedo, Rainmaker, and us, and a couple goldwingers from somewhere. It was maybe 10 degrees that day. Will never do it again! I'm staying home in front of the fireplace this New Years! Good luck, safe trip, and i'll have my black eyed peas and cornbread and think of ya'll!  Kiss

Last year it was about 65 degrees. A fun day (except for the hangover)

I'll be there if I get my new lights wired up and working.
Don't wait on me when it's KSU time.
I'll be there on time or not at all.
If I don't show ride safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Just kidding about the "hiding from the police" line...  there was a bank robbery attempt in Pearland and some of the VRCC'rs thought we might have been involved....  Smiley
