Hey All,

I currently live Near St.Louis MO where is it cold and Snowy right now, My family lives East of Dallas Near Forney Texas and I am the only hold out up here in the winter wonder land.

SOOOO I thinks it's time for a move, I have to sell my place here, 17acs if you know anyone that would like to own a great place in NE Missouri but Texas looks better everytime the temp drops here!!

I have ridden in Texas and to Texas many times.

Looks like you guys are quite active.

I currently ride a Victory which has been and good bike, but I miss my Valkyrie and I am going to buy another. So if you know anyone that would like to own a 2003 Victory TC Black with Hot Rod Flames send them my way! I had a sweet 1997 Red and White Standard with the NDL Leather bags and Tourer Windshield, In a moment of weekness I let my so called friends,(None of whom ride now)Talk me into selling the Valk and buying a Roadking, which I sold 2 months later.

So I have had the vic for 5 years BUT it's time to go back to my fat lady!

I am about 50 miles East of Forney and the roads here are great.  Keep us informed of the pending move and maybe we can roll out the welcome mat for you.
Good luck

Griz, talking in the chat room last night I had no idea that you were SERIOUS!  Good deal man, come on down!  The only thing that is bad about Texas, is the 100+ degree days in the summer.

The Dallas group is a great group of guys and yes they are a pretty active bunch.

If ya need any help, just ask.

Hey Griz~ Welcome to Texas! It will be 70° here this Wednesday.

And if you would like the most excellent available Interstate anywhere, Lucky Larry has his phat gal up for adoption. The photo does not do the color justice, overexposed...

Yes, the Dallas guys, and Texas as a whole are very active.  We have an annual state-wide gathering in the hill country, and intermittent meet in the middle runs, where the different cities can get together.  In the meantime, DFW has local dinners and rides and other events.  Welcome to the group, now get down here so you can ride in the winter again!!!

I relize it's gets to 100+plus there in the summer does here in STL too!! Along the Mighty, Muddy, Mississippi river the Humidity 113% and you can SEE the air!!

I was there in June smoking Brisket for my brothers church in Forney, it was like 108, so we mostly worked at night!

I am looking in that Forney, Terrell, Elmo, Wills Point area, Hoping to find a few acres and a workshop fairly cheap, Oh my wife would like to have a house, Something about girls and houses I haven't quite figured out yet LOL!!!

I am soooo looking forward to some Luna's Tamales from Wills Point!! I only get them about once a year!! Been buying them since they sold them on the square out of the back of their pickup truck!! Got to get the Salsa Verde!!! cooldude

I have a lot to do between now and then, I will be in the area between Christmas and New Years Visting, I plan to do a little property shopping!!

I just saw a link to the Dripping Springs get together.  I went on it and couldn't find out how much the tickets are.  Anyone give me a clue?  Gotta know how many banks to rob.  I am so looking forward to riding again with people who share my love for the ride and the Valkyrie.  cooldude
