Today the sun was shining. The wind was blowing. I spent most of the afternoon waiting for someone to show up to look at a truck that I have for sale, snoozing in the sunshine, reading a book about biker flicks. When my wife came home she was hungry and I was ready to go. So I convinced her to throw on a leather jacket and ride to dinner. We met my parents at a chinese buffet. fine food. Then we took off. We just rode around town, small in town roads, a little of the western rural end of the county.  Nothing glamorous about where we went, but I rode 40 miles with my wife behind me and we had a great time going nowhere.
