Sears. Craftsman. You'll also need an adapter.

Try "harborfreight.com" and type in "motorcycle jack". Free shipping on $150 purchase and google 20% off coupon.

I got OTC tools 1545 lift and the "permanent adapter" from flea bay. Works fine and looks similar to harbor freight and sears. If $$ is not object take a look at Pitbull lifts. that looked good, but mine was cheaper and functions well.
Would suggest straps and jack stands that you can get anywhere for increased stability.

As mentioned, the Pitbull lifts are expensive but, my friend has one and it is very nice and very well built. Specially when you are removing the rear wheel / tire. It will lift the bike up high enough to roll the wheel out without having to tilt the wheel. Easily clears the rear fender. I wish I would have saved my money up and purchased one myself. Not affiliated with them, just passing on info. that I have noticed. If you go to an "iInternational Motorcycle Show" they are usually there and the lifts are discounted.

Are you looking for a jack or a lift? From your question I was picturing a lift but it appears everyone is posting about what I call jacks. I have a harbor freight lift that a friend has had me store for him. It comes in awful handy though at a 1000lb capacity I do worry about safety at times. http://www.harborfreight.com/1000-lb-capacity-motorcycle-lift-91764.html

I picked up a harbor freight jack/lift rated at 1500 lbs for 89 bucks...it's already paid for itself..I also have a permanent adapter that I picked up from ebay as well...put one on my neighbor's valk as well and we split the cost of the jack....
