  On New Years Day at the Javelina Harley dealership on I-10 going towards Boerne , the CMA hosts a Blessing of the Bikes and all bike riders for a safe New Year's riding  angel they don't try to convert anybody or talk politics just great folks  ...  its just a great way to meet new and old friends and talk over old times  ....  they serve HOT coffee , doughnuts and pastries , tamales and Chili to warm up your bones .....  they ask nothing from anybody , but if you would like to give a donation thats optional  ....  start time is 9:00 am till about 12:00ish  ....  I'll be there if its not wet  .....  it should be real toasty ( COLD ) that morning  2funny Hope some of the Centex folks can make it  ....  thanks the Geezer crazy2

I would like to make it.  Not sure at this moment if it will be possible though.  We are starting training for home dialysis in San Antonio Monday the 3rd so we might be on the busy side getting ready.  I'll check back before the end of the week.

Didn't you say that anytime your bike was blessed that something bad happened to it within 2 weeks?

 Hey RainMaker , yes sir that is pure gospel truth .... everytime those CMA rascals would Bless my bike something would either quit working or fall off .... Murphy's Law , I guess 2funny ... when  I had explained what had happened in the past , then they offered to BLESS ME ! I said no thanks my brothers , if you did that I know something will fall off  2funny .... some more gospel truth from the Book of Richard crazy2  Happy New Year ... Tha Geezer crazy2

I'll be leaving my house in the Driftwood area by 8:30AM and already have a nice leisurely route planned to Javelina Harley in Boerne.  Bullgoose is aboard and maybe a couple of non-VRCC riders as well.

Send me a personal message for directions.  This will be a good way to knock out that hangover and start the New Year off right...in the wind! cooldude

Spoke with the folks at the Chess Club Cafe in Blanco and they plan to be open from 8:00AM - 2:00PM New Years Day.  Looks like we've got a place for a late brunch!

 I am leaving my house at 8:30 heading out I-35 North and getting off at FM 3009 heading towards HWY 46 , going left at HWY 46 towards 281 North and meeting up with Curtis and Judy at the HWY 46 Cafe  Grin  ...  from there we're meeting Charlie and company at the Valero gas station in Bergheim Tx. we will be leaving there around 9:30 -9:45  ....  from there we're going to the Blessing of the Bikes in Boerne  ...  Happy New Year ....
