A new short...1st draft at it.

I am a rider. I am other things as well…but I am a rider to the core. There is a truth that long days alone on the highways can teach…a truth that we all must learn…rider or not…in order to do more than simply survive.

The rest here.

Great story, as always. Thanks for sharing it.

Just as Fred Bear said about bowhunting. Riding cleanses the soul.

Thanks Daniel; great reading and so true too! Some people should be throttled, but then it just isn't our place sometimes. But the worm will usually turn if we are patient. Keep watching out for that falling 18 wheeler ice! Yikes!

Excellent read Daniel.  I detect a slight change in your style for the better, I think.

It almost makes me want to get on the Strom and ride today..............I said almost.  Too much mire for me. Wink
