Those of you with Stebels, are you using the Nautilus
or the Compact? Wouldn't the Compact be easier to
mount? I've read where several people wire the Compact
in line with the stock horn. Good??Bad??

I've got mine wired in-line with the stock horn and recommend this setup.  This way, you can tap the button to give a friendly "beep" to say "hey"...or you can hold the button down to really get somebody's attention.

I bought my bike with the horn already on it.  The only downer is that the PO mounted it on the kickstand crossmember brace.  I had to take it off for the permanently mounted lift adapter.  I'd recommend finding a different spot to mount yours so that you do not have the same issue.

They have them listed differently on their website. Hard
to tell if they sound the same.

These are the ones you want. (called a compact nautilus)

Mine is under the swingarm (does not interfere with my wood lift adapter).  I get the black one (cheaper) since it does not show.

Cheaper here, but I think the HDL horn comes with a wiring kit, and relay.............. The Amazon just the relay.   Some have found the relay that comes with the Stebel to be substandard.
