My wife woke me up in the Lazy Boy to wish me a Happy New Year....followed by "now get your butt to bed you old goat."  She even kissed me between my yawns.

So....Happy New Year from the East Coast. May it be a prosperous and healthy year for all.

That's funny... I was also woken up to be wished a Happy New Year, as the counter on TV was counting down the seconds... I gave her a kiss and turned over snoring... crazy2

I celebrated New Years in an empty house.  It was so quiet that I went to bed at 10:30 pm, didn't even hear the New Year come in. Smiley

John, hopefully this year we can get together at Inzane for another Scotch'n soda.

Wayne, if my wife can make it to Ohio, I'll be there. Looking forward to it.

Happy New Year John. We were actually up and awake at a party in S. Daytona.

BTW - you said your wife kissed you "between the Yawns". When you were younger, between where would she have kissed you then?  2funny

I'm not touching that one with a ten foot  pole! 2funny But....probably between dances. Some of the best New Year's parties we ever attended were in New Orleans about 15 yrs. ago. We went two years in a row. Now those folks know how to party.
Now that the holidays are over, we'll have to get together for a food run.

I have been known to run a long way for good food. I'm looking forward to it. We can stay in touch through the FL board.
