Ok, I'm finally thawed out enough to type.

Let me start by saying that I've personally never touched a witch's mammary gland... but Psycho keeps telling me that it was colder than one... perhaps he knows from previous experience.

Anyway only 9 bikes and 11 brave souls made the ride today.  Apparently, we desert rats don't handle freezing temps all that well.  Our frozen group made it to Florence for a nice lunch.  Then we mounted up for the ride home.  I kept thinking it would warm up, but it never did.

Thanks to Rik B for offering me some adhesive foot warmers... probably saved me from frostbite!  Wink

I didn't take a camera, I'm sure someone will post some more pics... once they thaw.

HEY CONNIE,  Doesn't  sound like you will be riding up here anytime soon.  At this time of the year in Minnesota it is GREAT just to hear about anyone out riding.  Grin

I hear ya T.P. I know you guys have it much worse; we're just not used to it happening here.  There was snow on the ground in downtown Phoenix this am!  Holy white crap, Batman!

We ride every New Year's Day... there was only one other year that was as cold as this one.
