Got a gift card for Xmas and I ordered some heated grips. I had some heated gloves but they seem so bulky I sold them. Any of you out there have heated grips and if so what do you think about them.

I don't have them on my Valkyrie, but I put a set of HotGrips on my 91 Goldwing a couple of years ago. I love them. They get nice and WARM. One of the best things I've put on my bikes. By the way BigMac, I think I met you at Highland Cycles right after I got my Valkyrie. I had a black 97 standard in there. You told me I needed tires, fixed that, E-3 up front, darkside rear.

BigMac (SoCal),

Just curious,...but do you really need heated grips in southern Cali? Grin

Now I'm from MI and I don't have them, but I thought they'd be nice on my I/S.

Don't need them often but when it's cold it's cold. Also I hope to take some nice long trips and I want to be ready for anything. I have use the gloves maybe 3 times and was glad I had them.

I'm sorry Chris I don't remember you but glad you took my advice. Enjoy that Valk and come ride with us sometime.

We like heat demons...have put them on a couple of our bikes.....

Hands stay warm....just wear our regular gloves.... and you can keep the style of grip you like....

Hey Lil D how you and Big D doing ? Got a question on those Heat Demons. Did the controllers replace the brake reservoir clamp on the Valkyries ? I went to their web site and I see they have a couple of options for mounting the controller just wondered which route you went. Thanks Stay warm. Grin

Chip - we are doing aok....

The option that our installer chose did not replace the reservoir cover.  it is just to the left of the start button and separate. see universal metric heat demon pic.

Stay well!
