Being relatively new to the VRCC I have only got to meet a couple of E TX members. John (Tyler) and jimnvalk (Van) I only know of a few more of us from here and John, or anyone else help me out if you can. Old Man, Texarkana. Bigguy, Texarkana. Slammer, Carthage. If you know of others and can get in touch with them through other means, please do so. I would like to see E TX be revived.
I propose that we get together 2 weekends from now on either the 15th or the 16th according to everyones schedule. Ya'll let me know what works for you and we'll make a plan. Matt

I like the idea of getting together. As things stand, I have company coming in from out of town for the weekend of the 15th and would be unavailable. But any weekend you pick, somebody is going to be busy, so I would encourage you guys to go ahead and meet then if the others can make it.
If you pick some other weekend, I would try to make it.

phoenix bunch buy  half an hour    
slammer is start'in a new job and in the process of get'in setup after the move from
lousianna ...
 i'm sure he will come 'round after the dust settles ..

avinger texas is midway between texarkana and tyler ... g o o d  steak house there ...

First class all the way.  Not bad for a little town.  Actually most big towns would be improved with a steak house that good.
